Coming into the new year in 2017 there is huge growth in the usage of unmanned aircraft in various commercial sectors. This is becoming more and more mainstream. Businesses are looking to supplement their services with drone capabilities, however their is limited understanding of what steps are required before commercial usage is permitted.

Even for readers outside of the Civil Aviation Authority’s purview, it offers a great insight into the amount of preparation that must be put in if you want to make money flying a drone.

    I’d like to see an update on how many have succeeded on becoming a certified drone pilot. I’m curious. There is such program in US too? And someone needs this certificate in order to photograph a wedding or a corporate event?
