first drone arena in japan by dji

As drones continue to rise in popularity, we’re seeing more and more of them race across the sky. The upward trend of pilots has even prompted registration of them in most countries as well an abundance of new laws to ensure that they are being flown safely. With each drone costing upwards of $300, the need for pilots to learn how to fly them without damaging them has also increased.

DJI is a common household name when it comes to drone hobbyists and enthusiasts. They are the maker of several drones and have developed different technologies in other countries to ensure that drones are not only following the rules, but that the drones are being flown safely so they don’t present a danger to others. It’s no surprise that DJI has now announced they’ll be opening a drone arena in Japan.

The new arena will be operated and managed by DJI technologies in partner with Authorized Dealer Japan Circuit.

The circuit within the arena is adjustable for pilots that are learning to fly up to professionals that would like to challenge their skills and the retail center will feature all of the latest DJI products as well as products designed for consumer, professional, and enterprise use. With customers having the ability to get behind the controller and learn to fly different types of drones, it is the hope that they will also think about what this technology can do for them and assist in discovering new possibilities.

This arena will be set to serve individuals, private parties, and even corporate events. Since the opening of the DJI drone arena in Korea, drone hobbyists and enthusiasts from all over the world have flocked to test out their flying skills and meet others with their same interest. It’s helped to increase sales by allowing people that may have never considered flying a drone, the opportunity to experience it safely firsthand.

Since pilots are being offered the ability to fly indoors without the fear of weather interrupting, DJI expects to see an increase in sales. With all of the new laws that are being imposed to ensure safe flights, it’s also expected that new pilots will be able to gain the confidence needed to fly on their own. Since the Korean arena is doing so well, they expect to see the Japan venue used just as much for corporate events, school groups, and families that are excited to learn more about the drone experience.
